The majority of our pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for production. Production time does not include shipping time, so make note of that when choosing your shipping option. If you need an item on a rush order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
At this time we can only accept returns on in stock items. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your package. Your return must be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry must be sent back in the original packaging with no signs of wear or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
